Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

  Label and Post

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
